The Patriots sacrificed their pick in the 2007 draft so the 49ers could pick up Joe Staley. I expect them to trade that one away. They just don't need much with a seventh pick. If they do draft, I suppose they might get McKelvin CB.
Update: Saints have traded up.
The New Orleans Saints will most likely pick a CB. Either McKelvin or Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. The better prospect is slightly McKelvin.
Pick: The Saints have selected Sedrick Ellis DT USC. Not what I expected, but everyone is saying Ellis is a fast and strong DT prospect. Some are considering Ellis to be just as effective as Dorsey.
The Ravens have the next pick.
